Warranty

What’s covered under the Hendricks warranty?

Every Hendricks piece is built to last, and our warranty reflects that. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, materials, and long-term comfort.

Here's what’s included:

  • Frames & Springs

Guaranteed for life under normal residential use. This includes structural integrity and support components.

  • Cushions

Covered for 2 years against loss of resiliency.

Years 3–5: Cushions can be replaced at a prorated cost. Please note: softening and flattening over time is natural and not considered a defect.

  • Fabric & Leather

Warrantied for 1 year against sewn seam failure, excessive fading (not caused by direct sunlight), tearing, and yarn failure.

Natural texture shifts, wrinkles, and variations in grain or color — especially in velvets and leathers — are considered part of the material’s character, not defects.

COM fabrics and altered (recovered) pieces are not covered.

Who is covered?

This warranty applies to the original designer purchaser and covers use in standard residential environments. Commercial use, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.

  • Your name and firm
  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of the concern
