DELIVERY
We are privileged to work with exceptional designers who have established partnerships with trusted delivery providers. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will contact these preferred partners to arrange for pickup.
While Hendricks is not responsible for managing delivery arrangements, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order is delivered to you smoothly and without any issues. ORDER CANCELLATION
At Hendricks, we pride ourselves on creating luxurious, hand-crafted pieces that are made to order. To ensure that our clients receive their orders in a timely manner, we begin procuring materials as soon as an order is confirmed. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders after the confirmation process has been completed. It is important to carefully review and finalize your order details before submitting it to us to ensure that you receive exactly what you desire.
RETURNS/CLAIMS
Upon receipt of your order, we ask that you carefully inspect all items for any visible damage and document any discrepancies on the delivery receipt. Any claims for damages, defects, errors, or shortages must be reported to the delivering carrier and submitted in writing within seven days of receiving the order.
Please note that returns of Hendricks items will only be accepted with prior approval and a Return Authorization document. As a courtesy, we may agree to accept a return, but please be advised that a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer reimbursement for any returns or cancellations.
COM/COL PROCEDURES
To ensure the smooth processing of your order, COM will be entered into our system and acknowledged with a unique COM/COL Number Tracker. If a COM/COL is not received within 90 days, the purchase order will be cancelled and returned.
Please note that Hendricks cannot be held responsible for any imperfections in the fabric, variations in dye lots, or the wearing qualities of any COM/COL yardage. If application instructions are not provided, we cannot be held responsible for any applications deemed unsatisfactory by the client. Fabric usage may vary due to a variety of factors, and we are not responsible for the cost of any leftover COM yardage or for any additional yardage that may be required. We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality materials and service, and we appreciate your understanding of these limitations.
